Dear Readers-
I apologize for the lack in blogging. I am currently in ROMA, ITALY studying abroad through the John Felice Rome Center from Loyola University Chicago.
I attend an English speaking University with Loyola University Chicago and Italian Professors. The campus is located in Monte Mario, a nice area just outside of Rome. We are actually only a 20 minute bus- ride from the Vatican! But we will get into that in a little bit.
I currently take: Philosophy 300 to satisfy my third Philosophy, English 300 for my English Minor, Italian Food and Wine for one of my International Courses, History of Paul for my History requirement and Art in Rome for my Art History requirement in the John Carroll University Core Curriculum. My grades will transfer when I complete the semester.
I like living in Rome- I have seen and studied some sights you may already know: The Colosseum, The Roman Forum, The Pantheon, The Trev i Fountain, The Spanish Steps, The Sistine Chapel and of course my favorite ST. PETER'S BASILICA.
I have traveled to Sienna in Italy, Barcelona in Spain and this past weekend in London, England where my fellow John Carroll University students study there. They attend Regent's College which is absolutely beautiful. They are happy there and are very excited to visit our part of town in Rome in a couple weeks.
I am staying in Rome this week and weekend and if anyone has any suggestions, tips or fun facts to share with me, feel free to email me at:

Each day is a new adventure and I look forward ro reporting them back to the John Carroll University Community that I miss so dearly!
