PSAT Open House
On Monday October 13th- John Carroll University hosted an open house. High schoolers had PSAT testing, so prospective students had a day off. We provided breakfast in our Dolan Atrium followed by a discussion lead by a panel of first academic counselors, then athletic coaches and then Student Life advisors. It was a gorgeous day; the weather was perfect. I had a tour of 40 people! As much as it was big, it was great to have so much interest and luckily such a nice day.
Students on campus have volunteered during certain hours of the day to open their dorm room for observation (peeking in...) for prospective students and their families. Therefore, 40 people PEEKED into one of our volunteer rooms in Sutowski.
The day went smoothly and for those who were not able to make it to the group tours- got private tours from me later in the day! This upcoming Saturday is a BIG open house- and this time all the tour guides will be there so it will be alot of fun...hopefully we will have good weather especially for our men’s soccer team playing later that evening! Go Blue Streaks!
